I am assuming that you are using Duramine? My view is that if you take a tablet to lose weight which could really be a loss of water weight and not fat weight then once you stop that tablet the weight just comes back. One cannot live on taking such a tablet everyday, every week, every month. We get fat mostly because of food intake so focus on the food intake and the food will slim u down :) 

Big Boy Optimus, thank you for your response. I'm just worried about the side effects. Maybe someone who sells FatSecret tablets, can give some feedback on this. would be appreciated. 

I've never hear of FatSecret tablets. 

THE SECRET FAT BURNER TABLETS. 

I know of the secret pills, never used them. It comes down to this: will you gain the weight back after you stop using the pills? Most probably, so then its not a long term solution and yoi should look to other things that gives you results in a sustainable manner 

Hi bornmanh. Very true indeed! I am actually not going to take the fat burner tablets anymore, although I did not take a lot. Going to see where my weight is going, and will report back on it. Thanks so much!

Lamb123, if i saved the money i used on weight loss supplements in the last 10 years i could have paid for a tummy tuck and a boob job... nothing ever worked, and even if it did for a day or two, its effects would not last long. fact: only thing that works for losing weight and keeping it off is a healthy lifestyle change. if ANY of this pills and potions actually worked, there would not be any over weight people in this world. these things are VERY bad for you. rather skip them all together.  

Hi Tanya49. I totally agree with you. I won't use those tablets again. Although they did make me lose weight, it was the after effects that made me worry, so I stopped. Thank you! :-) 

You must always ask yourself if taking such pills caused you to lose fat or water or waste. Most of these companies mislead us to think we are losing body fat when we take their products but most of the time its making us lose water or makes us pass waste which results in weight loss but not fat loss.
