lavish dinner out last night put me over, but worth it. 14th wedding anniversary. Im not logging all of my exercise anyway.. lots of walking
some jogging and I lift a lot in the course of a workday.
I will say this...I have almost eliminated fast food and diet soda and that was a big part of the goal, so incrementally we are coming along.
The goal was not just weight loss but getting back to feeling better...which I am
