I need to remember that binging on junk food always makes me sick.
Last night was lots of junk night for me, and I was over-full, so then I didn't sleep very well, had strange dreams, felt as though I was going to throw up. This morning I felt just terrible, and I'm quite irregular and uncomfortable.
Moral of the story: don't binge on junk food anymore! I need to remember this feeling for the next time I feel like I want to binge.
