This looks delicious and balanced. Personally I would sub salad for rice but only because I love salad and feel meh about rice.

I love my rice and still lose weigh I only eat salads when I'm out and don't wanna eat fast food so that's how I balance my diet

That look good as I love all but the sweet potato/yam. I wish I could enjoy sweet potatoes without the brown sugar, butter and marshmallows! Haha!

I used to feel the same way about the sweet potatoes, I did not like them no matter how they were made, but my son and his girlfriend made the baked sweet potato with a little bit of pepper and red pepper flake and now I am a fan for life! :)
