took an unintended break from tracking. Funny how the mindset changes. I did not eat horribly, but not great either. totally stuck at my current weight but not surprised.
Tracking is absolutely essential for me or I will blow it. No ifs and s or buts
I HAVE begun incorporating running into my walks and pushups every other day. My program is far from perfect but it is something and thankfully I am reasonably healthy
