I haven't been exercising daily or monotoring my diet since we got back from Vegas. I got tired of the strict diets and decided to do what I wanted over the holidays. Now I see that I should have cleansef when we returned from our trip, perhaps I wouldn't have such a complex now. I'm still not motivated to juice cleanse before Christmas, but I know I have to do something soon. I feel sluggish, I get winded easier, and my clothes are feeling tighter.
