Getting into a habit of downing a couple beers a day again...its my Chocolate fix I guess...I need to get a handle on it though or I know It will short circuit the weight loss. Maybe just set up a once per week "beer day" where I can kill a 6 pack and be done with it for the week.

i feel your pain. and i actully do what you suggest. i have one day a week thats my "crush a 6 pack day" a few hundred calories less for breakfast and lunch usually frees it up for me. I also try and keep some budlight platinum(135 calries but 6% alcohol) or bud select 55's (55 calories) on hand in cellar in case im really craving a cold one.

Its done then, That is what I'm going to do too!...Those 3 Alaskan Amber's in the fridge will just have to sit there quivering and rattling till next Saturday night...Its their problem...lol Thanks Mate!
