Journal de choth, 26 nov. 07

Well I've been off 6days from work now, no exercise, and the scale show's it. Back on the path again starting today. I'm not sure it was worth it all to be honest with everyone. I think I'll keep my mouth sealed shut at Christmas. =D I'll weigh in Friday.
