My main focus is still just to be healthy. my goal right now is to stay between 1200-1500 calories a day not 900 calories or 2000. when dieting it seems for me to lose any weight i have to do between 500 and 800 calories a day when i do this i may lose weight but i always wind up back up at the same weight toggling between 164-172. so my new goal is to try and be happy with myself as i am now. and just try to fit exercise in on a daily basis and also to try and find healthy recipes so i can enjoy life and stay healthy.
