So today was the first day of being on the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. It wasn't too difficult, and I enjoyed going to the Y here in town. So far so good. I'm excited to see what the scale says in a week, because going from almost no exercise to hopefully exercising regularly will make a big difference; if not in weight then BMI! Only 21 days until graduation!

Way to go on your first day!! believe me, those days till graduation are going to fly by so make each one count!! That's what I keep telling myself lately...I have an expiration date of Dec 15th!!
