So today was the first day of being on the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. It wasn't too difficult, and I enjoyed going to the Y here in town. So far so good. I'm excited to see what the scale says in a week, because going from almost no exercise to hopefully exercising regularly will make a big difference; if not in weight then BMI! Only 21 days until graduation!
