The mission is to weight at most 85kg by the 31 July 2017 which should be possible if i stick with the diet and work out as planned if i did i should weight around 80kg but lets put down a more realistic goal 85kg. so far it's going great as always when starting a new diet or workout. on a 1500 calories diet. and work out 6 times a week i should be a beast. i have attached picture that i have taken before taken 30 May 2017
