And then the flu finds me again! Just a sore throat but trying to get rid of it before it gets any worse.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I'll just weigh on Thursday and see if I'm up or down in weight or I might just take a break this week and get back on track next week. Flu just derails you!!!

I think you are right Kimmy but I'm I'll try keeping to the Intermittent Fasting rules and try stretching it to have my first meal after 3pm or so. All the best to everyone this week.
