I woke up with a generalized H/A again this morning. After my workout and shower, I drank sending the H/A away. Then I made a simple omelet and couldnt finish it..weird for me, but hey, Im not eating just to eat anymore. Im averaging about a pound/day and realize that isnt going to last forever. Ill enjoy it while it lasts!

You were probably just dehydrated. I am glad you don't have them all day anymore. Congrats on the continuing loss!

Midday was rough. I was sluggish and lightheaded and irritable. Im over that now :) Here's to another good am loss!
