I took the kids out to dinner last night and ordered the chicken fajitas. I did eat two of the torillas and the sourcream....sure it was sauted in regular oil too. But happy to report the rest of the day I was good as gold and another lb bit the dust last night!

Now looking for my ipod so I can go for my treadmill routine... it is 29 degrees out there right now...just to cold to walk outside...although I saw some people walking as I drove the dog off to the groomers a bit ago....
