that happened to me as well sick 2 weeks better 1 week sick 2 weeks , its been like this the past 5 months already, when im better hubby and my child is sick , when they better Im sick again.

Saige that's what's happening here. Mom was sick, then my sis and I got it. Then when we got better, dad had it, then passed it back to us and he was better. It's like a game of TAG, You're it! lol. I started adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to my coffee and it really helps the sore throat. Surprisingly, I had no appetite yesterday so I fasted like normal.

hope you feel better and gets well, I'm better this week and now my child is sick .lol true tag team sick story. Ive started using VitB 12 tablets hope this will help me and not get sick again. 

I had some Benilyn 4 Flu last night and early this morning. I must say, it seems to be working well. Not recommended if you need to drive or be busy because it can make u very drowsy from the 10% alcohol content :D
