I'm starting my diet today, 150 squishy pounds that needs to be reduced by a third. I'm silly short - only 5'1" - but apparently I have a stomach that belongs on a basketball player for all that it holds.
I luv luv luv sweets, especially ice cream and brownies. I am trying to ditch my sweet tooth because my face becomes a human vacuum cleaner once I have a naughty bite.
Other than desserts, I cook from scratch when I can because I dislike stuff out of boxes. I have a small garden that yields strawberries, asparagus, etc. and it counts as part of my exercise (I think).
I'm looking for advice of any kind, but mostly to overcome my lust for dessert.
