Maybe you are having a little weight reduction splurge. :-). But probably wise t see what tomorrow brings 

Makes you feel good don't it??..Hope Friday shows another one has bit the dust...:O) 

A loss is a loss in my book! Anytime you show a low it is for real! Water weight or other reasons can cause your weight to increase, but there is nothing that causes your weight to mysteriously decrease! :) Record it!! :) 

Skinny...I think you might be right. My body has been ready to lose but my mind wasn't in it. I'm catching up! 

Bren...I was dancing around the bathroom with a big smile! Itsure feels good! 

Starbird...I will record it tomorrow if it's still there. I drank plenty and ate enough, hopefully the loss will stick.
