Trying something new. No more 20 carbs or less and no fruit or starchy carbs. Instead, I'm shooting for 1,600 calories per day, 40% protein, 40% carbs & 30% fat. Starchy carbs for breakfast & lunch (not to exceed 40 - 50 carbs). 2 servings of fruit daily before dinner. I'm more concerned with bringing down blood sugar over loosing weight.
