Gosh I have been really hungry today - but managed to keep things under control and still (so far) under 1000 calories - had a huge salad with tuna for supper, that filled me up - its rare for me to eat so much in a day!!! i usually pick at crap all day and probably end up eating many more (non vitamin loaded) calories! PS Even with all the fruit and veg I had today I still didn't eat enough fibre!! Blimey!!
