I just want to say that I am loving the WW lifestyle. Yeah, it's hard. It sucks when you're over your points. But you know, you're conscious of it. It's so much better than ignoring what you're putting in your mouth. It's awesome to pay attention and to THINK and make conscious decisions!!

I'm way over my points tonight....but it was my choice. Like you said, just being conscious of what I put in my mouth is a big improvement!

That happened to me the other night too, but even the fact that I CARED was something good. Because before I would be like "whatever I'm not being healthy I'm eating a cheeseburger, may as well eat a milkshake too". Now it's like ok, I'm having this cheeseburger, no milkshake.
