Its been a long two weeks.. I have been busy with work and just life in general. I'm starting back this week recording what I'm eating.. doing my best to make time to do so! I went to the gym last night, it felt good to get my heart rate up again, but I couldn't sleep last night! I'm going to the gym tonight after work. I discovered even though I can go to the gym by myself.. that its easier to go when I make a date with a friend to go to the gym like last night and now today. They are owning me to going! I haven't weighted myself because my battery in my scale is dead, but I will make time to go to the store to buy new one today! I hope I haven't gained anything... I don't think I have... my clothes are fitting loose on me and I feel as weird as this may sound.. that I have lost "love handle" on my backside and I'm starting to look slim when you look straight at me. Its amazing feeling.. so if its gain , I know I have lost inches and at the end of that.. that's the same for now! I hope everyone has good week!
