I was talking with my mom (my very, very fit mom) last night while we were walking. She thinks 150 is too low of a goal for me to strive for - that I'm very athletic, and even at my fittest, I was 180 and a size 10. I'm 5'9, and according to the BMI charts, 150 would put me smack in the middle of normal/healthy. That's what I want, healthy... but am I setting myself up for failure?
Also, I want to RUN. I miss running. I love running. I promised my legs I wouldn't try to run until I was at 200, but that's so far away! *sigh* Anyone else love running?

I would just see where you feel comfortable. If you get down to 180 and it feels great, then that's wonderful, if you could stand to lose some more, then so be it, just wait and see. the charts are just a guideline and you have to factor in your body structure and everything!
