My goal is to drop 5 lbs this week. Last week even though I was in phase 1 I ate approx. 4 ounces of meat every other day. I am going to completely cut the meat this week and get in at least 4 days of cardio and 3 days of abs. I can't let my team down! Plus I want to get into those leather pants comfortably. lol! :) I was able to squeeze in a 30 minute DVD. I was tired but I pushed myself and I feel great.

That's my goal too! Victoria Lynn has a calorie counting system she uses (look at her journals), it helps me to see how much I need to do a day! Good luck getting into those pants!

Hmmm, you could swap to chicken (or turkey is even better) if you really feel like meat is the culprit. Make sure you keep your iron levels up or you will feel tired and then your cardio wont be so great. Glad your on my team! :)
