This is such an inspiration to folks who follow you and a similar regime...I reckon abstaining when those around you are filling their mouths and boots with lovely food, must be one of the hardest moments of a weightloss journey...

I'll tell you what, it's probably one of the hardest things I've ever done. It was about 96 degrees today and everyone was enjoying cold beer, sno cones.... ugh it was tough. But I had my water bottle you see there. Filled with crystal light and ice, and pretended it was the most awesome thing on the planet! Fake it till you make it!!

I took my Granddaughter to Chinese for her birthday, the diet I was on called for lean beef and tomatoes for the day for me, I had the Mongolian chef make me a plate of Grilled beef and tomatoes, while all the others ate Chinese, it felt good for the first to be in control of myself and have a great will power to do so!!!
