So what would be the calories on one serve of seco with bean and rice ? 

Good question. Seco doesn't even seem to exist in the Peruvian food database. I'd probably have to put in the whole recipe for all the components and hopefully get a readout from that. Being able to assign portions of a recipe is something we've got on the list of things to do.
