My unofficial weight this morning is 111.5kg.
My Monday was going well until I ended up needing to kill time with my bro and he took me to lunch so I just abandoned my fast day.
Tuesday was supposed to be a fast day and I fasted for 24 hours then broke it with mutton curry, rice, 2 rotis and chicken.
I was expecting my weight to be higher today but it's not that bad :)
Today will be kept on track and tomorrow I'm doing a burger challenge. If I can finish this week at around 110kg I'll be happy.
