Alright! It's my 40th birthday and I got on the scale this morning and it was a pound down since last weigh-in! Just don't want to record until official weigh-in day, but that was exciting! Measurements are shrinking, too! My calories will probably be more than what I've been taking in today due to gifts of Starbucks from a wonderful co-worker who forgot to say "non-fat", but HEY!!!... it's my birthday!!! :)
