BEAN BALLS. Surprisingly good and super simple. U can use any bean, but in my case this is lentil smushed together w some chickpea. Add seasoning, bake at 375 and you're set!

Would love to try it! Do you mind posting the full recipe? Including the amount of lentils and etc.
Thanks for sharing this!

I got the recipe from this one YouTuber and they weren't too exact w the measurements if I remember correctly.. I'd recommend using 90% lentil tho or some other squishy bean, because the chickpea can't really form balls itself. I just mushed them together until they were uniform, seasoned with spices(cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika), and then put them onto an oiled pan and popped them in oven at 375 for 30-40 mins

Bean balls! Yum. Have you tried spelt balls? Also yum, and complement legumes. I was on an old-style beans kick before starting keto, might incorporate one week vegan monthly once I get hang of this. There are SO many different types of beans! Taste so good cooked from dry, recent harvest. Also made chocolate cake of beans, no flour.
