Knee deep in college admissions stuff for the youngest one - wow! - this takes a lot of work! Mom is doing fairly well. And all other family member's are good also! Working on daughter's bridal shower, middle son is spending his days in the O.R. at the hospital praciticing intubations for his medic program! and hubby is exhausted from an onslaught of work, but happy to have the blessings of a job!!

Headed out to the gym this morning only to realize on was on EMPTY. Even the slightest delay throws off my schedule. Yesterday ended up being my rest day... so I am headed to the grocery store and to the gym shortly.

Had some blackeyed peas last night as I was feeling some sluggish feelings energy wise. Hoping it will kick in at the gym this morning and allow me to do some HIIT's on the Eliptical!
