Ok, it's day 3 of immaculate eating! ITS HARD!!! my stomach is growling! I was so used to just eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, so it is tough to be so structured. It feels good though. I find when I only give myself a few options for snacks, lunches etc. I really stick to it. Too many options = trouble for me.
I hope I make it until Saturday, for my cheat meal! Love that part of the ABS diet! Oh I wonder what I will have.
This time I feel like it's going to work. Im going to Greece for 4th of July and I want to look amazing!
