Fail! Back to the drawing board again. Maybe not completely though. I was 177 right before I had my second baby. I am now 132....but I just can't seem to get away from it long enough. :( I'm starting over and trying out ViSalus and their 90 day challenge. I WANT to be able to look in the mirror and feel happy with what I see again. I WANT to be able to take pictures rather than running and hiding. :( I want to feel proud of myself. :( I hope this works....

**UPDATE**

Tried to workout this morning. 30 Day Shred kicked my butt. Couldnt even complete most of the exercises, starting with "Lunge with a Curl". Worked out tonight though. Out of shape. Treadmill for 44 minutes, but I was exhausted throughout. Hubby did P90X while I walked though. He's starting his 90 Day Challenge with Visalus today as well. :)
