Thank you ALL for the encouraging words. I am going to try my darndest tomorrow to get back on my diet routine. It is so hard to stick to when someone loves loves food as I do. But here I go again. I refuse to give up everything, but I will do 1200 - 1400 calories per day as my Dr. advised. I cannot do a lot of physical activity because of my MS, but as long as I have you all here to vent to, I will get back to it tomorrow. It was difficult today because my husband & I took our Grandson out to Red Robin to eat since the grandson has been helping with small tasks here at our house that we have trouble doing. Again, thank you all for being here for me.
