This afternoon to Tampa for work, meetings tomorrow. Bringing goodies to the team but not really tempted. Prep today is the key. If I have my food available and don't get hungry, I'll be fine. Finally a little movement on the scale and I've been spot on with the food, which was my real goal this week. Get back into the rhythm of cooking and prepping and avoiding those things that don't benefit me and make me feel crappy.
