Good day today. I am upping my workouts this week, tacking on about 25 mins. extra. So, I'm hoping that tomorrow I'm not too sore and tired to get a workout in. I would like to take the dog for a walk with my kids this evening, but right now it's raining, so we'll see if we get to do that. I want to start making that a routing at least a few nights a week, the kids are always willing to go with me for a walk if we're taking the dog, so we get some good family time in too. Here's hoping the rest of the week goes as well as today is so far.
