Sorry. Have been MIA for last 2 weeks of August coz Mom's caught a serious bout of flu. & I was taking care of her. Then as she got better, I Fall Sick instead. Was eating very little lately so I had a sumptuous soup to nourish myself.

Everything looks yummy mmmmm...... Maybe can have a tweak in that bowl of white rice to mixture of white, brown and red rice.

Actually, it was 1/2 of crystal brown rice on the bottom leftover from Thursday batch & 1/2 of white rice covering on top from my dad's take out 😂😅😞Was too tired to cook a fresh batch of brown rice & I wanted to use up my leftovers.
