Busy evening and weekend ahead, so hopefully I don't go too overboard with my eating if we eat out. I feel like I've been doing really well this week, so I don't want to mess that up. I'm really hoping that after a full month of the exercise I'm doing and eating better, it will just be routine again and I will be able to stick with it. I always do much better when the weather starts warming up, so I'm hoping I can just keep my motivation up. Happy Friday to all!! :)

It's so hard to be good when I eat out, but the last time I MADE myself order a grilled chicken breast with steamed brocoli and mashed potatoes as my sides. It was awesome and I'll actually be ordering it more often. I don't know if you have a Smokey Bones where you live or if you like it but if you do, the meal is called the Smokehouse Chicken. Just think about being in a bikini in public, that always helps me. Have a great weekend!
