Haven't been on lately. Working on cutting out meat,diary and processed foods.
This week's and next week's goal is no more meat.
Diary isn't a prob as I almost never eat diary due to my intolerance.
Hoping to get maybe some vegan meat,yes I know it's not healthy and it's processed but I seriously miss the snitzel and sausage. Haven't had them in years.
Maybe I'll just keep those for incase.
