I take a set of comparison pictures every 3 weeks. Really helps to see the progress you've made no matter what the scale says

The scale is a great reference point... but for sure pictures, clothes' fit and the "pinch test" tell a more complete story. Hope you see and feel a nice change over the next few weeks Jeni!!

Subieguy-- I wish I would've done that 140lbs ago!! That would've been an amazing album!! Unfortunately, I hated taking pictures, scared of seeing the real me. Now, I can appreciate how far I've come, and kinda like what I'm seeing!

@184, 😂😂 my poor scale was kicked around a lot in the bathroom while we were without electricity and in the dark after the hurricane, she suffered from balance issues so I retired her. She started to tell me I weighed 50lbs, although flattering, I don't like liars!

@cbliss, I've weighed myself everyday for 2 years, never missing a day. This is hard on me, but I'm trying to look at the positives to keep me from freaking out!

Don't focus on your scale to much .. I did that and it stop me from achieving my goal,you look lovely just enjoy your healthy eating life style .. I wish you all the best
