I was too tired to workout this morning, so I'm going to have to step it up this week and make sure the rest of the week I get moving. I'm trying to eat healthier this week too, but I had bought some tortilla chips and fresh salsa on Sunday for a family function and now I'm eating the left overs like crazy. I love salsa, and when I have chips to eat it with that is a bad thing. I'm hoping I can keep the pound I lost off this week and maybe be down another pound soon. Here's hoping that tomorrow morning I'm not dragging as bad as I was this morning. :)
