Here it goes... day 1. I am generally optimistic when I start a diet. But this one feels different. I suppose it's because I feel as though enough is enough. If I don't change soon, it is only going to get worse. I am done with being fat and uncomfortable in my own skin. Done with being self concious and feel like being fat is the only thing that keeps me from being beautiful. I want to shed these pounds, be healthy and feel good about myself.
Kristy, if you cheat.. sure it tastes good and that instant gratification is what you live for, but you are only cheating yourself. It will only slow down your progress and make you feel badly.
