Finally Thursday. Almost the weekend.
I had a non-scale victory yesterday afternoon. I just bought new jeans about 2 weeks ago, my old ones were worn and it was time for some new ones. I realized yesterday that I could take my new jeans off without unbuttoning them! And that there is looseness in the legs of the jeans. They aren't baggy or anything yet, but it does make me feel good to see some change in how things are fitting.
Also woke up today with a crazy amount of energy...like buzzing, humming to myself happy go lucky, on top of the world feeling. O.O I'm sitting at my desk like usually, tracking and inputting data like usual, but I don't feel like normal. I like this me. I haven't had more caffeine that I usually do, and I slept funny last night on my shoulder and lower back on the left side..but still I feel this way. lol I think I'm just going to enjoy it. ^_^
I followed through with having squat breaks yesterday. I didn't think I would feel it today, but I woke up feeling a little soreness in my thighs and butt. I've already did one break this morning, and plan to do another in the afternoon. Thinking about having squat breaks timed with my bathroom breaks...I'd get more in that way.
