Hello Everyone!
I didn't even get back on the scale anymore after I saw that I went from 185.4 to 194.8 in 4 days! I gain weight so fast! I will probably be right at 200Lbs by 2008! If I am, I'll just work from there. I really enjoyed the holidays. It felt so good to sat down with family and friends and eat and have a nice time enjoying each other's company. I met my friends family on Christmas and they are such kind and warm people. This holiday was so wonderful. I have vowed to never spend another holiday or vacation dieting. It just feels so good to let go and be normal for a change. My family was shocked that I was actually eating! It's been a long time since I was able to do this. This was a feeling I can't even discribe and I will remember this holiday for a very long time. I have a few more days of living life and eating without restrictions and I am going to enjoy them. All of you who are still dieting, I wish you much luck. Keep up the good work. To those who have given it a break, enjoy yourself, but let's remember to get back on track.

I say don't worry about it. Just be sure to get back in your diet "flow" after you're done. take care
