Every Monday for the last few months I start again or over. Goes well for the first few days but by Thursday I am off the bus again. so I decided to become accountable by posting this and to be consistent. So today is a new day and I am sure my mind is right to do this come beginning of December my aim is to be 60 kg. There is about 10 weeks left before the big days start and I know I can do this its only 600 grams a week I must loose. My game plan is to cycle my carbs as I know this works for me. I also know if I don't prep my meals I eat loads of nonsense that is easily available.
