Well it's been 3 months and I have not been following any type of diet. I have gained back about 10lbs. I am starting another round of diet today. Hopefully I will not gain back as much after I finish this round and start the next one at the beginning of next year. We shall see. I am not good at maintenance. At least I didn't gain it all back.....
