"Out-of-control" should be my new middle name. What the heck has happened to me? I've really had a hard time controlling my eating for the last two weeks. So, of course I haven't been posting what I've eaten.

This Saturday will be my last weigh-in and then I'll be WW Lifetime member. Is that it? I've never gotten to goal nor made it this close to achieving my desired weight. Could it be that I'm so freaked out about maintaining that I'm going a little wack-o on my eating?

What ever it is, I need to pull my head out of my ass and get back with the program.

Here's the plan for getting back on track:

1) journal every day
2) weigh-in every day (this will be especially painful)
3) log all food -- even if I go over my RDI
4) drink water (1 gallon every day)
5) no sweets -- went a little sugar wacky

OK, here I go. Back on track. Daily accountability.

Good luck!! It is so hard to stay on track, and then once you're off it's hard to get back on. If I don't log my calories, I will eat whatever (as if the food doesn't have calories if I don't log them). I'm sure once you get back into you're routine you'll be fine. Congrats on the WW Lifetime member!!
