Its Friday :) :) :)
I feel happy, awake, alive, energetic and pumped today!!! And I feel lighter too and just a little bit taller!?
I just recorded what I ate yesterday and surprised myself how little I ate (in my world). Realising that I don't need extras,( another piece of chocolate, a bag of crisps, a spoonful of peanut butter) feels kinda liberating. I thought I would feel a bit deprived but I don't. I am asking myself if I want it and sometimes I do, but when I ask myself if I need it, the answer is usually no.
LB was at home for a change when I finished work :). I do love to spend time with him. And even if he is in the garage pottering around, the thought of him being there is comforting. I can just pop in and talk to him, just give him a cuddle and a kiss :). We had lunch together and then the garden needed some attention. There are still cucumbers, courgettes, french green beans and raspberries to be picked and beetroot and carrots/radishes to be pulled. The walk with the woowoos was lovely as the sun was shinning and the air was cool and crisp. Back home I washed/scrubbed and generally prepped all the previously picked produce. And then I hopped on the elliptical for 35 minutes as I still felt energetic.
On Sunday LB and I will take a trip to Winchester. I booked us a table in one of the River Cottage restaurants. They have a lovely selection of vegan choices but they also do a lot of other lovely sounding dishes. Really looking forward to the date :)
