I had my doctor's appointment yesterday. My blood pressure is doing well, my stress meds are working like they're suppose to. According to the Doctor's office records I've lost 14lbs since my last visit in early September. ^_^ We also talked about what I was doing to lose weight, and he said I have a great plan and it looks like it's working for me. We talked about using some meds to help with weighloss, but he would rather hold off on those until I hit a plateau, I'm fine with that decision. So I'm just going to keep on working it like I'm working it.
