Day 1.. On my own, here we go....
Oh helloooo mighty Atkins, how I missed thee.. let me count the ways or lbs that I gained I should say.
I have decided that I shall pretend my scale does not exist and will judge my progress by how my clothes are fitting. I become obsessed with the scale and it is not healthy. So I figure after a long while of being on track, I shall say hello to the evil little being that lives in my bathroom.
