OTF Hell Week "IT" This consisted of a tornado situation for 1 min a piece. This was one of the hardest workout I've done there. But I did it all the way through. Felt real good. Feet almost no pain, until finished then I had my old feet pain but not so bad.
All Out: 8 finished last 30 sec with a 10 MPH. Burpee, single arm snatch, row all out run rest was only during transitions. I managed to stay at a consistent 300 meter row for all but the last one which was 275 meter. Burpee ended up being about 11-15 single arm snatch was consistent: 26 reps.
By the way just in case anyone is wondering, I take only one supplement, which is fermented cod liver oil (but I feel that's really food). I don't take a multivitamin either, I quit all those when I went to a Carnivore diet.
