Woke at 217.8, down 2.6 from yesterday. Will do more coffee, tea, and water to continue the glycogen flush. UPDATE: Fasted until 2 pm and ate some celery and peanut butter. Denise is making chili for dinner, but is making me a separate pot without beans. UPDATE: Weighed 217.6 before dinner, so I still have some water to move. Ate no-bean chili and some almond flour bread for dinner. Full but the FS database had 23 net carbs for large bowl of no-bean chili. That's OK. I'd rather guess high than low.

Draglist, I'm like you , I always try to go on the high side of calories and carbs, and be safe, as I always don't trust all of FS database..Chili sounds good...!!!!

Tomatoes and onions are higher carb foods. So is tomato sauce and tomato padte. Some even have added sugar I think . Could account for the higher carbs.
